Ingredients
one banana (mashed)
one apple (grated)
10g coconut oil
60g oat milk
30g oats (ground)
30g semolina
30g Protein powder
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180oC
Place all the dry ingredients into one bowl (including banana and apple)
Place all the wet ingredients in another bowl
Fold into each other until well mixed-gently
NOTE: if the mixture is not a "dropping consistency" add more milk
Bake for 20 minutes
