Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 100g kidney beans

  • 100g chick peas

  • 100g white beans

  • 200g red onion (finely chopped)

  • 200g red pepper (finely chopped)

  • 100g green pepper (finely chopped)

  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)

  • 20g honey

  • 30g red wine vinegar

  • 30g olive oil

  • fresh basil

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 100g tuna or

  • 100g feta or

  • 2 boiled eggs

Preparation

  1. Drain all the beans from the can and rinse

  2. Mix all the ingredients on a bowl

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Top with tuna, eggs or feta
