Ingredients
40g oats
250ml oat milk
one grated apple
5g cinnamon
50g greek yoghurt
Preparation
place all the ingredients with the exception of the greek yoghurt in either a bowl or small pan
bring to a "simmer" either on the stove or in the microwave
allow to rest for one minute
add the greek yoghurt and serve
