Lentil Soup

Ingredients
100g lentils
100g carrots (1cm dice)
100g potatoes (1cm dice)
100g onions (1cm dice)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 chilli
2000 ml vegetable stock
salt & pepper
Add just before serving
2 poached eggs
50ml creme fraise
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a pan and simmer for 45 minutes
Allow to cool for 15 minutes
Puree with a blender
Add salt & pepper as required
Serve with a poached egg and cream
