Lentil Bread

Ingredients
200g red lentils (rinse well)
20g psyllium
60ml water
20ml olive oil
7g baking powder
5g salt
10ml lemon juice or cider vinegar
50g mixed seeds
Preparation
soak the lentils in the water for at least 2 hrs
puree/ process the lentils for 10 seconds (course grind)
mix all the ingredients together
form into a bread dough type consistency
add addtional water if required
roll into 30cm balls
cover in mixed seeds
bake for 35 minutes
