Kidney Bean Brownie

Ingredients
275g kidney beans (soaked and boiled or tinned)
100g oats
100g greek yoghurt
100g 80% dark chocolate (rough chopped)
50g sultanas (soaked in an espresso coffee)
50g hazelnuts (rough chopped)
50g peanut butter
50g honey
20g coconut butter
20g cocoa powder
one egg
3g baking powder
Preparation
pre-heat oven to 170oC
with the exception of the chopped nuts, chopped chocolate and baking powder, blend all the ingredients NOTE: the mixture should contain "chunks" and not be a smooth paste
place in a bowl
add the remaining ingredients
bake in a 25 X 15 cm oblong tin for 20 minutes
allow to cool before cutting
