Keto Banana Bread

Ingredients
150g almond flour
40g alternative granulated sugar
7g baking poeder
5g cinnamon
30g crushed walnuts
120g mashed ripe banana
3 eggs
30g melted butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
whisk the banana, eggs and melted butter together
place all the remaing dry ingredients into a bowl and stir
add the "wet" ingredients to the dry and mix well
place in a 25 cm oblong bread tin
bake for 40 minutes or until the internal core temperature is 90oC
remove the tin and allow to cool
