50g egg (one)
40g egg white (one)
50g pea protein
3g salt
Preparation
place the flour, pea protein and salt into a bowl
add one whole egg and one egg white
mix together tehn knead for 4 minutes
rest for 30 minutes
use a pasta maker to roll the pasta
boil in salted water for 2 minutes
strain and serve
