Chocolate & Pear Mousse

Ingredients
120g oats
60g coconut butter
250g 70% dark chocolate-melted
500g pears-roughly chopped, cooked until soft then pureed
150g fromage fraise
Preparation
toast the oat flakes in a hot oven for 10 minutes
add the melted coconut butter mix well and then place on the base of a 20cm round tin-press down
melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water, add the warm pureed pears and fromage fraise
pour the chocolate mixture over the oat base
for 6 hours then serve
