Buckwheat Bread

Ingredients
500g buckwheat
2g salt
enough water to cover the buckwheat
Preparation
rinse the buckwheat
place in a bowl and add sufficient water to cover the buckwheat
place in a refridgerator and leave for 2 hrs
drain-DO NOT RINSE
process in a food processor-add sufficient water to make the consistency of a "thick batter"
place in a 30cm oblong bread tin
allow the dough to rise to the top of the tin.-NOTE: this will be for a minimum of 24 hrs-nothing will happen for at least 16 hrs
bake at 190 oC for 45 minutes
