Basic Buckwheat

Ingredients
500g buckwheat
200g frozen peas
20g olive oil
2 garlic cloves-roughtly chopped
two vegetablle stock cube
800 ml water
Preparation
add the buckwheat, garlic and olive oil to a pan and toast for 3 minutes
add the water, bring to boil withvegetable stock cubes
simmer for 5 minutes
remove from the heat add the peas and allow to cool
you can add jsut about anyhting for flavour, herbs, spices, pesto or freshly chopped tomatoes oninons ETC.
