  • 4 medium sized apple-grated (any type)

  • 50g flaxseeds-grinded

  • 120g poppy seeds-grinded

  • 50g prune

  • 20g oats

  • 20g pea protein

  • 2 eggs

  • 1g salt

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 oC

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Bake in a 20cm oblong baking tin
